I ordered fabric samples and a color chart, shipped via DHL Express for $45 with DDP stated, but I still had to pay $40 in taxes. Luckily, I got a refund through Alibaba, but this was my first red flag.   Despite this, I gave them a chance and placed an order for clothing samples. The next morning, I decided to cancel it, but they refused to refund half the amount, claiming they had already "ordered the fabric." They also refused to work with me further and wouldn’t even make samples from that fabric. I believe such small fabrics should already be in stock.   Their pricing is twice as high as other suppliers, and their attitude is greedy and inflexible. I wouldn’t recommend them. 1/10 – Unreliable. If you’re looking for an understanding and reliable supplier, this is not the one.
